Russian Mortgage Loans Plunged 77% Last Year, Bank Rossii Says
April 1 (Bloomberg) — Russian mortgage lending plunged 77 percent in 2009 from the previous year, almost matching the level reached in 2006, even as signs of economic recovery became evident in the second half, the central bank said.
