House Mortgage Question, 1st house please help!?

I was offered a job in Sierra Vista 60K, AZ. And my wife and I are difficult to know how we can afford to Home! Most online calculators are showing us up to 120s 220S! We want to remain in proximity in the 26% / 33%, or a rule of thumb when it comes to debt. We will be able to use a VA home loan, since I'm prior military. We have around. 10K down and have approx. $ 800.00 debt to the school, car payments, CC payments, etc. Any help we have a solid number would be really appreciated. Advance thank you! With a VA Loan Jason you do not pay PMI correct? But a VA loan is not the way forward? That's interesting. So we think a loan of 30 years is between 6.3 and 6.5, I think. Is to help refine at all?

Much of what is going to depend on your interest rate, property taxes, insurance Private Mortgage Insurance and ownership. If you do not at least 20%, you have to purchase private mortgage insurance (which is the shit because it covers only is the bank). 60K/year equals 5K/month. After taxes, you will have less of 4K, then you should probably try to cap spending at home to a large. It probably means you'll be much closer to 120K 220K when shopping for a house. For example, some of our friends just put in an offer of 90K on a house that will eventually cost about $ 780 month, with property taxes, PMI, insurance housing.
