find the owner of a house thats on the market?
Recently my fiance and I have made an offer on a house. The house still for sale from 2007 (almost a year). Our real estate agent is not good to keep in touch with us. Our mortgage lender is to we explain that we must "secure" jobs before being approved for our loan. The problem is that we would have to rent apartment sign a lease for one year, then wait until our lease is to be moved into the house since we have no family in the area of Innsbruck. Motel a rational way, too! and the signing of the lease year is not what we want. Is it possible to contact the seller and ask lease (rental of the house) until we are able to be approved for the loan? If yes, how can I find the seller information. telephone number, name of contact with him? Is it sound or is it a bad idea really?
I am not by any means known all state laws or, if this is still true. I spoke with the owner of a house we were interested and he said he could not talk with us about his house because he had signed a contract with the realtor. If you do not like your agent to try to communicate with him through her and see if he would agree. If he does not have an agent, I see no problem communicating with him, unless you have signed documents with your agent …. Good luck. Bethany PS as a side note please if you do something with his work, make sure the house is not in foreclosure. In my field this is a huge thing …. People who rent homes are forced to move because the properties rental is in foreclosure.
