Where can we find credit card 0% in April with the overthrow other credit cards?

My buddy has a great credit rating (760ish) and has 2 credit cards which are now around 25%. It passes through a difficult period with $ so I want to find a card for him to look roll over about $ 5k balance DC current. He recently refinanced his home last year to pay all credit cards, but the bank has its Mortgage also provides its two credit cards (Chase Bank). The rate used to 14%-ish until he was behind 1-2 payments last year. Thank you so much in advance! I would like to help with that!

Borrowing against your home to pay credit cards is extremely unwise. Get a 0% card to pay the debt ends up costing more because they receive about $ 150 in advance and then in six months or when the rate of introduction is up, interest goes to almost 30% or more.
