What mortgage provider has remortgage deals when there are 3 names on the deeds and Mortgages available?
I am looking for remortgage and I looking for A Mortgage provider to enable 3 names on The Mortgage, my wife and my mother.
I do not see a problem finding a lender to request a refinancing. In general, borrowers can have up to 4 in a conventional loan, but just because someone is in the act does not mean you owe on your loan. The only real consequence of 3 persons under the act is that the 3 would have to attend the closing. Basically they're just not consent to the property being being used as collateral for the loan (unless they are also the borrowers in the loan). No worries.
